Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned sealed and in an unused condition, the goods must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 14 days from the point of receiving your goods to start a returns process. Unfortunately we cannot process refunds after this 14 day period has ended.
As the customer, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we issue you with a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will not offer a refund if you:
• Damaged the product.
• It has been opened and/or used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email [email protected], we will then confirm and advise where to send your product.
You have 14 days from the point that you have told us that you want to start a returns process to send the goods back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will refund you via the original payment method that was used, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
